中央銀行受財政部委託售250億元91天期國庫券，結果吸引854.15億元資金搶標，投標倍數3.42倍，高於平均倍數2.5～3倍，決標貼現率0.28％，較3月底標售天期的0.305％，下滑2.5個bp（1bp是0.01個百分點）。



銀行資金調度主管表示，近期國際情勢趨於緊張，除了北韓地緣政治風險未明朗，法國總統大選第1輪投票前還發生恐攻事件，市場原就顯現避險需求升溫，資金流向債市，指標公債殖利率持續下滑，帶動市場利率走低效應，加上資金過剩無處去化仍未明顯改善，使得這次進場搶標91天期國庫券相對熱絡，決標貼現率下滑符合市場預期。



根據央行公布的標售結果，這次99.61％都由銀行業取得，保險業僅0.39％，代表銀行還是滿手資金無處去；再根據央行統計，4月以來央行定期存單到期金額總計3兆243.5億元，發行金額為3兆1,121.7億元，期間淨增加878.20億元，並且為提供銀行短期資金調度需求，昨日更增發7天期的短天期定存單，發行金額519億元，都為提供過剩資金的去處。「連外銀也積極進來搶，大家都是滿手的閒錢。」銀行資金調度主管認為，昨天雖多出519億元的7天期定存單，再加上250億元的91天期國庫券，其實還是消化不了多少；觀察最近接連標售的定存單、公債，結果利率普遍下滑，包括第2季來企業進場發行公司債籌資，定價利率平均也較第1季下滑5～10個bp以上，還激勵指標個案紛紛進場詢價，預料在國際情勢底定前，市場利率恐是易降難升。(工商時報)
